I recently stayed at Rosuites Apartment Accommodation for 2-3 days and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the ultra-central area of Pta Romana, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, with a large living room, comfy extendable sofa, and two desks for work. The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom, although small, was practical. it was the perfect place for a short stay. I warmly recommend this place.
Can recommend this hotel.

It was no expensive.
It was not written that the apartments are on different address and this given is of the office. We chose it because it was near our trip target and then it occurred that the apartment was 30 minutes away from it. Also there were cock-roaches in the flat and the bed sheet was shorter than the bed. The air-conditioning also didn't work.

Located just in front of the Romanian Athenaeum and Palace Hall, this accommodation is in a prime location. Everything you need is close by, including shops, restaurants, and public transport. the price is great for the value you receive.
There were some cleanliness issues reported by previous guests.

The location of the apartment was great! It was convenient and in the middle of everything. I could easily walk to the park, the old city center, and there were plenty of shops around for breakfast and other items. it was easy to access the airport from the apartment.
The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par. Especially the bathroom, which was not clean at all.

Terrible experience. We were 5 people and when we checked-in in the afternoon we find the apartment completely dirty (wc with hairs, shower dirty, beds undone... they simply "forgot" to clean it). The staff sent us a lady to clean and she took simply 10 minutes to clean everything (therefore she cleaned really in a bad and fast way). The wc was completely broken and you can imagine what this mean when you have to stay there in five adults. Totally embarassing! We informed immediately the staff about the problem with the wc and they told us that somebody would have done something... nothing change: wc brokend during all our stay. We will complain to Booked.net, it is inacceptable that this kind of apartment is promoted by this web-site.

Centrally located. Our apartment was at Piata Romana in the heart of Bucharest.
The apartment smelled of cigarettes. The living room couch was stained.
